The IPS Customer Relationship Management system tracks service levels delivered to clients having numerous sites over a wide geographical area. The strategy of this division is to expand on its multi site business model and its emerging culture to focus on consistently maintaining the presentation of the premises of its clients in line with the corporate image they wish to project throughout their multi site portfolio.
An integrated cleaning and maintenance package is offered where a client pays a set monthly price, which may include periodic repainting and all trades repairs in addition to cleaning, to maintain multi site premises to an agreed presentation standard. IPS staff and subcontractors are trained to be proactive in immediately attending to repairs within the agreed specification, thereby minimising the involvement of the client. The integrated package approach also avoids much paper work in executing work orders and processing payment for minor repairs.
IPS also has special expertise in selective educational establishments such as private schools and other institutions with special needs such as high security.
