In April 2006, Integrated Premises Services Limited (IPS) was formed to acquire Dimension Property Services (Australia) Pty Ltd, a Victorian based commercial cleaning company that successfully served a range of commercial clients for 30 years.

Concurrently IPS acquired Diamond Shine Cleaning Services, a NSW based cleaning company that specialized in the food and medical industries for 17 years. Dimension and Diamond Shine were renamed to IPS Specialty Cleaning and IPS Bacteria Compliance to better reflect the nature of the core business of each.

Subsequent to these acquisitions IPS established a third division to offer all trades general building repairs and maintenance services to our clients. This strategy was underpinned by the acquisition in 2008 of Mid City Constructions, a Perth based all trades maintenance and construction  business with 25 years experience specialising in service to the insurance industry.

IPS has brought these 3 competencies together under one brand to service the national cleaning and repairs and maintenance market place.
