IPS was created from three specialist companies in 2006 with a merger facilitated by Hawkesbridge Private equity. [A leading provider of private equity to Australian companies].

Bringing a Cleaning Division, a Maintenance Company and Catering Company together has given IPS a dynamic industry advantage.

Our Technology

IPS has developed the information system “Seratec” this system enables all site, client information to be directly entered and tracked to ensure jobs, call outs and scheduled maintenance works are completed in a timely fashion.

This information forms part of the monthly reporting to you the client.

The system has a client web portal where you can log on and track all open work orders and how they are progressing.

Cleaning

IPS being the market leader in food and pharmaceutical process cleaning in Australia, prides itself on our ability to manage HACCP and GMP Cleaning of all facilities.

IPS currently operates in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland & Western Australia.

Catering

Our associated company, Australian International Hospitality [AIH], is one of Australia’s most highly regarded on site caterers.

They are experts at managing restaurants, cafes, staff canteens and coporate dining facilities, as well as providing highly professional event catering services at their unique venues.

AIH. through it’s numorous respected brands currently provides food and beverage services at iconic premises such as Sydney Tower, Centennial Parklands, Botanic Gardens, the Mint Cafe and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

IPS has one of the largest preventative maintenance teams in the country.
